As President of Wyatt W. Underwood & Associates, he leads multidisciplinary teams, strategic partners, and affiliated operating companies in helping organizations move from planning and procurement through implementation, compliance, closeout, and ongoing asset management. His approach combines the perspective of an owner, contractor, advisor, and civic leader—bringing practical field experience into executive-level decision-making.
